On business travel it would have to be Whitehouse NJ, nothing against the place, but there is nothing to do and it's a pain to get to. For personal trips, Nogales AZ and Topeka KS are on the bottom for various reasons. Not sure why people would choose to live there personally...

Due to my job I have the chance to travel to many places on this Globe and, whilst I am the first to say that business travel and holiday travel can not and should never be compared, I have to say that Egypt has to be one of the most terrible places to be in the world. Granted, my bad experience is based on what I did experience during business travel, I still feel that this does not exclude me from having an opinion about a place. For me, the time spend, repeatedly, in Cairo has to be one of the worst experiences in my life.

The food is terrible, the people are only trying to take the money out of your pockets and it's terribly dusty and dirty.

Cairo has been the only place I have ever suffered from travellers tummy, meaning I was so sick and in so much pain from my stomach, that I did actually pray to my god to let me die !!
